For Autumn/Winter 2026/27, MARKE presents The Owl—a collection born from unease, disbelief, and the quiet dread of watching truth dissolve in real time. Inspired by Minerva’s Owl, the symbol of wisdom that takes flight at dusk, the collection reflects a world oversaturated with information yet starved of understanding.

Rooted in the tension between knowledge and ignorance, The Owl draws parallels between our algorithm-driven present and the pre-Enlightenment past—an era where belief eclipsed reason, and emotion overruled fact. References to early classical menswear meet the fading excess of late Rococo decadence: tailored restraint collides with veils, tulle, and withering floral motifs, echoing a society poised on the brink of rupture.

A palette of grey, black, and eggshell dominates, punctuated by muted merlot and petrol. Refined materials—Merino and virgin wool, cashmere, silk duchesse, and layered tulle—shape slimmer, more controlled silhouettes. After last season’s romantic reverie, The Owl stands grounded and sober: not an escape, but an appeal—to reflect, to question, and to reclaim responsibility in how we engage with knowledge, with one another, and with the world taking form around us.

All pieces of the Autumn/Winter 2026/27 collection are on Pre-Order. All orders will be collected until mid of March 2026, the delivery of all orders will be beginning in June 2026.
